Tasks

The Logistics Specialist is responsible for the processing of aircraft material, including physical handling, inspection, and forwarding to repair shops or the customer. This includes ensuring high\-quality and timely provision of materials in close coordination with the customer.

Responsibilities and Tasks including but are not limited to the following:

• Receiving,clarification,storing,supplying and shipping of mainly aircraft material as per described procedures including physical handling


• Input data in EDP system and archive documentation according to established procedures


• Ensure that regulatory requirements are fulfilled,e.g.,verifying airworthiness certificates for aircraft materials


• Work according to the Quality Management System and proactively work to resolve discrepancies


• Communicate with colleagues,customers,and vendors and prioritize and process customer requests,supply issues,and complaints

Requirements

• Minimum 3\+ years of experience in intralogistics (goods receiving,warehousing,shipping)


• Experience in aviation logistics is an advantage


• High school or Professional School certificate


• Good written and spoken Portuguese and English skills


• Good computer skills (MS\-Office),SAP is an advantage


• Must have a valid B driver’s license,forklift is a plus


• Must be able to lift packages up to 30 kg


• Willingness to work shifts,holidays,and/or weekends as necessary


• IATA regulations training,dangerous goods courses,Export Control courses are an advantage


• Lean Basics or Intensive Training is an advantage
