Crating And Shipping Operatior
At Sidel, every shipment is a bridge between innovation and customer success. As a Crating \& Shipping Operator within our Operations / Industrial Conveyor Systems team, you will help build that bridge by preparing conveyor components and equipment for safe, accurate, and efficient delivery. Reporting to the Production or Logistics Supervisor, you will collaborate closely with warehouse, production, and logistics colleagues to ensure each product moves forward with quality, care, and operational excellence. Your Mission
- Package conveyor products and equipment in line with company safety rules, quality standards, and shipping requirements.
- Protect product integrity by applying accurate crating, labeling, and handling practices throughout the shipping process.
- Organize and separate products according to shipping documentation and operational priorities.
- Assist with loading and unloading goods using appropriate handling equipment and safe working methods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to keep operations connected and efficient.
Your Profile
- Experience in packaging, shipping, logistics, manufacturing, or similar operational environments.
- Strong attention to detail with a quality\-focused and safety\-first mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively while also managing tasks independently and following technical instructions.
- Basic computer knowledge for inventory, shipping, or warehouse systems.
- Forklift licence is considered an asset.
- Commitment to teamwork, operational excellence, and company values.
