Logistics Specialist
Your Responsibilities:
As a Logistics \& After Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating international logistics processes, including transportation, inventory management, and customs formalities.
- Maintaining daily contact with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Managing after\-sales activities, such as returns handling and product\-related support.
- Reporting on logistics performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in logistics and freight forwarding.
- Knowledge of essential logistics processes, including bills of lading (B/L), performing switch B/L, and modifying consignee details.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proactive, solution\-oriented, and highly organized mindset.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work in an international environment.
- Experience with logistics software and MS Office is an advantage.
