Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service \& Operations Support


• Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding shipment status and logistics enquiries.


• Monitor shipments and proactively update customers on progress.


• Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams.


• Issue Resolution \& After\-Sales Support


• Handle operational issues including delays, delivery exceptions, customs\-related enquiries, and service disruptions.


• Coordinate with warehouses, carriers, customs brokers, and overseas partners to resolve issues efficiently.


• Follow up on claims, investigations, and customer complaints when required.


• Internal Coordination


• Liaise closely with UK and overseas operations teams to ensure shipments are processed smoothly.


• Support internal departments in delivering high\-quality customer service.


• Escalate critical issues and provide timely updates to stakeholders.


• Process \& Data Management


• Maintain accurate shipment records and operational documentation.


• Update internal systems and customer reports.


• Assist in improving operational processes and service quality.

Essential

• Fluent Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written).


• Strong communication and coordination skills.


• Excellent customer service mindset.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.


• Strong attention to detail and problem\-solving abilities.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, customer service, or supply chain operations.


• Understanding of international shipping and warehouse operations.


• Experience dealing with customers in a fast\-paced environment.
