Distag QCS ‘Quality Component Solutions’ are a leading manufacturer/distributor operating from three locations across the UK and Ireland.

We are recruiting for a Logistics \& Operations Assistant to join our expanding team.

We are seeking a highly organised and detail\-oriented Logistics \& Operations Assistant to support our supply chain, compliance, and operational functions. This role is critical in ensuring efficient import processes, accurate system data, and adherence to regulatory and ISO standards, while also contributing to broader operational improvements.

Shipping \& Customs Coordination

Stock \& System Management

Regulatory Compliance \& Reporting

Operational Support

Continuous Improvement \& Strategy

ISO \& Quality Management

Key Skills \& Experience

  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations coordination

  • Strong knowledge of customs procedures and import/export documentation

  • Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems

  • Understanding of VIES, Intrastat, and regulatory reporting (preferred)

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong communication and problem\-solving abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment
