Logistics, Inventory and Production Order Coordinator

BIO\-UV Group designs, manufactures and markets water treatment and disinfection solutions using UV, ozone, and salt electrolysis technologies. The Group provides sustainable and high\-performance systems to help preserve and optimize water resources.

Listed on Euronext Growth Paris since 2018, BIO\-UV Group has a strong international presence, with over 50% of sales generated abroad. The company employs more than 150 people and achieved €35\.9 million in revenue in 2025\.

We are looking for a Coordinator whose role will be to ensure the efficient management of logistics operations, inventory, and production Orders (POs) to support production activities and maintain material availability.

Main Responsibilities

MP1 – Manage Logistics Operations

· Receive and inspect incoming goods.

· Store materials and products.

· Prepare customer orders and shipments.

MP2 – Manage Inventory

· Maintain accurate physical and system inventory records.

· Perform inventory counts.

· Ensure stock accuracy and maintain organized storage areas.

· Reintegrates the components not used by production both digitally and physically

MP3 – Manage Production Orders (POs)

Create, release, and monitor Production Orders and update the consumption of production orders.

Working Relationships

· Internal: Production, Purchasing, Quality, Warehouse.

· External: Suppliers, Carriers.

Skills and Qualifications

· Knowledge of logistics and inventory management.

· Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

· Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and autonomy.

Pay: £26,000\.00 per year
