E\-fulfilment Shop is a young and extremely ambitious company providing e\-commerce logistics services for over 80 online stores — and we continue to grow rapidly. Operating from our warehouse in Ridderkerk, we ensure thousands of packages are accurately processed every single day.

About the Role

For our Internal department, we are looking for a motivated and versatile team member who enjoys playing a central role in our daily warehouse operations. As an Internal Operations Associate, you ensure that all internal processes run smoothly, accurately, and efficiently.

What will you be doing?

• Order Processing: Accurately and promptly process internal orders according to specific guidelines and instructions.


• Production \& Assembly: Perform production tasks, such as assembling and preparing products for stock.


• Inventory Management: Refill picking zones from pallets, maintain internal stock levels, and proactively signal when items need replenishment.


• Process Efficiency: Ensure stock is sorted, counted, and stored correctly.


• Collaboration: Work closely with the Inbound and Outbound teams to ensure a smooth, error\-free workflow across the warehouse.

• Experience: Background in logistics, warehouse work, or production is required.


• Work Ethic: You work fast, accurately, and with high energy. You take pride in a clean, organized work environment.


• Mindset: Proactive, communicative, and able to easily switch between different physical tasks throughout the day.


• Flexibility: Available between 2 to 5 days per week (Monday – Friday), depending on workload and own performance.


• Working Hours: Shifts run from 07:30 AM to 16:00 PM (including a 30\-minute break).


• Plus: Experience with operating a reach truck is a big advantage (not mandatory).

• Contract: Initial 7\-month zero\-hour contract (including a 1\-month trial period) with a view to a 1\-year extension and fixed hours, leading toward permanent employment.
