Logistics Customer Service Operator
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Operator with advanced Excel skills to join the team at our growing fashion logistics business here in the UK. In this role you will be responsible for customer service to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved.
The successful candidate will have 1 years’ experience working in a in Customer Service role within the Logistics industry and advanced Excel skills
Responsibilities:
· Planning and monitoring daily deliveries in a timely and cost\-effective manner
· Booking the stock in and preparing the relevant paperwork
· Maintain relationships and daily reporting with 3rd party carriers
· Understanding of Customs requirements and managing ETSF is essential
· Responsible for managing workload and priorities
· Confident and able to communicate with various stakeholders
· Preparing KPI reports

· Ability to analyse data
· Advanced MS Excel skills
· Experience of working to tight deadlines
