Join a growing logistics and fulfilment business as a Logistics Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone with experience in logistics, fulfilment, customer service, or account coordination who enjoys building client relationships and delivering exceptional service.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts via telephone and email.


• Manage day-to-day operational enquiries, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.


• Process customer orders and oversee related communications with both clients and internal teams.


• Maintain accurate records and update client enquiries through internal systems in line with agreed service standards.


• Collaborate with warehouse, operations, and commercial teams to support the smooth delivery of services.


• Monitor and manage client requests, ensuring deadlines and service level commitments are met.


• Assist with account administration, including service billing and reporting activities.


• Build strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to support long-term client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience within logistics, fulfilment, supply chain, customer operations, or a similar environment.


• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.


• Experience working to deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs).


• Good commercial awareness and confidence handling billing or administrative processes.


• Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.


• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.


• High attention to detail and accuracy.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills.


• A collaborative and proactive approach to teamwork.
