Logistics Coordinator

Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented Logistics \& Shipping Coordinator to manage international shipments and end\-to\-end Cross Trades logistics operations.

The role involves coordinating cross\-trade shipments, managing export documentation, liaising with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers globally, and ensuring all shipments are processed accurately and within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage international shipments from order to final delivery.; incl issuance all documentation (PFI, CI. PL, PO Shipping instructions etc) \+ Issuance of docs on 3rd party portals


• Coordinate with suppliers, shipping lines, and freight forwarders / Support daily logistics / system updates.


• Ensure compliance with Incoterms and international shipping regulations.

• Experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or export operations.


• Strong knowledge of export documentation and Incoterms.


• Excellent organisational and communication skills. Customer\-focused with strong attention to detail.


• Good Communication skills. Fluent English, spoken and written; additional French / Spanish would be beneficial


• Able to work well alone and also as part of a team in a fast\-paced environment.*it will suit someone who is tenacious and resilient and can work in fast paced and busy environments.*

Working Hours \& Benefits

• Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (flexible options to WFH 2 days a week)
