Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and detail\-orientated Logistics Coordinator to manage our daily supply chain operations, plan and track domestic and international shipments, and organise inventory. In this role, you will ensure that raw materials arrive on time and finished goods reach our customers efficiently and safely from origin to destination.

You will prepare and review critical logistics paperwork, including bills of lading, customs documents, and invoices. Proactively resolve shipping delays, damaged goods, or route disruptions to minimise business impact.

From day one, you'll gain hands\-on experience across a range of departments, developing a broad understanding of how our business operates. You'll work alongside experienced colleagues in Logistics, Commercial, Finance and other key areas, giving you valuable knowledge and a strong foundation for your future career.

Candidate Profile

• A minimum of 5 years experience in logistics, supply chain or transportation coordination


• A proactive mindset with a hunger to learn and grow


• Exceptional organisational skills to manage documentation, schedules, and correspondence effectively


• Confident, enthusiastic, approachable and motivated


• Effective communication skills for clear interaction with internal teams, clients, customers, and suppliers


• Energetic, flexible and enjoy working as part of a team


• Valid driving licence for site visits or client meetings as needed


• Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast\-paced setting
