Logistics Coordinator

Avita Group is a growing technology company based in Beckenham, delivering IT, Audio Visual, and Electrical solutions across London and the UK.

We are looking for an organised and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone local with administration or logistics experience who enjoys working in a fast\-paced environment and keeping things running smoothly.

What you will be doing:

• Coordinating deliveries and collections


• Procuring hardware and software for projects


• Managing supplier relationships and negotiating pricing


• Maintaining stock and inventory across departments


• Keeping clients and internal teams updated on deliveries


• Supporting process improvements and cost\-saving initiatives


• Assisting with occasional delivery driving when required

• Strong organisational and communication skills


• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and IT systems


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines


• A team player with a proactive attitude


• Previous administration or logistics experience preferred


• Interest in technology is a bonus

Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
