We are a family run business, established in 1985\. We provide nursing care for the elderly.

To share with other staff in meeting personal care needs of clients in a way that respects the dignity of individuals and promote independence.

To help in the care of the care users physical environment and in the general day\-to\-day activities of the home.

To take delegated responsibilities in charge of the care users under your care, to the appropriate level.

Take part in staff meetings and also training activities as required.

Free car parking available.

Unpaid breaks.

Lunch provided if working all day.

OH referral.

Employee assistant programme.

Enhanced pay at weekends/bank holidays.

Laundering of uniform.

We recognise special birthdays.

Career progression.

5\.6 weeks holiday pro rata.

The applicant must have good communication skills.

Be caring and have patience.

Have good time management.

Hourly pay increase of applicant if has an NVQ/QCF/BTEC in Health and Social Care.

We do not offer sponsorship.
