Logistics and Trade Compliance Program Manager
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in scalable AI and automation.
Preferred qualifications:
- Active certification in structured program management or continuous improvement methodologies (PMP, PgMP, Agile/Scrum, Lean Six Sigma).
- Experience managing the cross\-border distribution and deployment of highly regulated technical infrastructure, server hardware, or telecommunications equipment.
- Experience in managing CapEx tracking, resource stewardship, and capacity planning for global hardware rollouts.
- Experience managing decentralized, multi\-regional Third\-Party Logistics (3PL) and customs broker networks across strict jurisdictions.
- Operational familiarity with Tier\-1 GTM systems (e.g., SAP GTS, Oracle, Amber Road) and ERP logistics modules.
- Proficiency in SQL and in automating manual supply chain processes, compliance documentation using scripting (Python), RPA, or low\-code automation tools.

In this role, you will act as the strategic operator owning the international deployment and distribution of imported and exported hardware equipment globally.
As a Program Manager, you will operate as a mid\-senior leader with organization\-wide impact. You will bridge the gap between technical infrastructure, global trade regulations, and physical supply chain execution transforming ambiguous deployment goals into structured, scalable, and fully compliant distribution frameworks that optimize asset velocity while safeguarding brand reputation and asset security.
