The Hitchcox DNA:

We make motorcycle exhausts that people desire. That desire is born from our ethos of hand craftmanship, putting the skills of our exceptional artisans at the heart of everything we do. It shows up in our relentless pursuit of excellence, and we are known for exceptional quality, first rate customer service and never, ever, cheating the angles. We are growing our business and need people who will take us forward. We aren’t a company for people that want everything prescribed, we need people who thrive on building the next step together.

Why We Need You:

We have all been there, that anticipation of a pristine box arriving at our door, containing the thing that has captured our imagination for weeks. This role is about delivering that moment to our customers with the same level of precision and technical skill that goes into making our timeless handmade pieces. Imagine this role as being the hands\-on conductor of the daily rhythm of everything parts\-related which makes that box\-opening magic a reality. Through dedication, organisation and attention to detail the role will ensure our artisans have the stock they need at their finger tips, the flow of products to and from our sub\-contract suppliers is carefully orchestrated *and,* crucially, our despatch process operates with metronomic precision to get the finished parts out to our customers.

Your DNA:

  • Systemic Instincts: You are instinctively drawn to patterns and systems, noticing the moment something is out of place or doesn’t fit. More importantly, that instinct inspires you to act—to do something, to ask a question. You typically find this drive allows you to prevent things from going wrong long before they happen.

  • Driven by the Details: You love the detail. You thrive on uncovering the mystery and getting everything to make complete sense. You find that the real answers to problems, to unlocking improvements, and to preventing mistakes come from this deep knowledge of the data and the intricacies of your day\-to\-day.

  • Unapologetically Organised: You embrace the challenge of organising the world around you. To you, “a place for everything, and everything in its place” is a fundamental rule, not a suggestion. You take immense pride in building robust systems, and you possess the relentless discipline to keep that order intact no matter what.
