Logistics Administrator

Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail\-oriented Logistics Administrator to join our dynamic supply chain team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing logistics operations, ensuring seamless coordination across various departments, and optimising overall efficiency. Duties

• Oversee category management to optimise inventory levels and product assortment.


• Manage transportation management to coordinate dispatches schedules effectively.


• Utilise ERP platforms such as SAGE 200 to track inventory movements and update records accurately.


• Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of goods.


• Collaborate with third\-party logistics providers (3PL) to streamline supply chain operations.


• Analyse data to identify process improvements, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.


• Assist with samples handling activities, including picking, packing, and organising stock within the warehouse.


• Maintain comprehensive documentation related to logistics operations and compliance standards.

• Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably within a warehouse environment.


• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Sage 200, and data analysis tools.


• Knowledge of 3PL operations, shipping \& receiving procedures, and materials handling techniques.


• Hands\-on experience with picking \& packing processes and forklift operation is desirable.


• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Pay: £26,500\.00\-£30,000\.00 per year
