We’re a well\-established games room supplier with over 20 years of industry experience, delivering and installing pool tables, arcade machines, and amusement equipment across the UK. As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Logistics \& Installation Scheduler to become the driving force behind our day\-to\-day operations.
This isn’t just a transport planning role — you’ll be the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From coordinating deliveries and installations to managing route changes and solving last\-minute issues, you’ll play a key role in making sure our customers receive an exceptional service every time.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be responsible for planning and coordinating the daily schedules of our fleet of 3 installation vans operating across the UK.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning efficient daily delivery and installation routes
- Coordinating nationwide installations and customer bookings
- Managing changes to schedules, delays, traffic issues, and customer requests
- Communicating with drivers, installers, warehouse staff, and customers
- Optimising routes to improve efficiency, reduce fuel costs, and maximise productivity
- Tracking schedules, jobs, timings, and operational data using Excel
- Monitoring workload capacity and installation availability
- Ensuring orders are complete, organised, and delivered on time
- Maintaining excellent customer communication throughout the delivery process

We’re looking for someone who can stay calm under pressure, think ahead, and confidently adapt when plans inevitably change.
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous experience in logistics scheduling, transport planning, or route coordination
- Strong geographical knowledge of UK road networks
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Good problem\-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence managing spreadsheets
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- The ability to prioritise workload and work independently
- High attention to detail

- Experience within furniture delivery, installations, or similar industries
- Knowledge of export or European shipping operations
- Experience using logistics or route planning software
