<p>We are currently seeking a Band 8a Biochemistry Laboratory Manager to join our client’s team in Milton Keynes. This is a full-time, ongoing position working core hours only, offering a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to contribute to a busy and well-established laboratory service.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p>You will manage laboratory operations, oversee staffing and workflow, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive service delivery and strategic development.</p>
<p><strong>Qualifications and Experience</strong></p>
<p>- HCPC registration</p>
<p>- Post graduate Degree in Biomedical Science or equivalent</p>
<p>- Experience in laboratory management</p>
<p>- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and workflow optimisation</p>
<p>- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills</p>
<p>- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities</p>
<p>- NHS experience (preferred)</p>
