About the Role:

Sellick Partnership is looking for a Locum Childcare Lawyer to join a competent local authority team on a remote working basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected and stable team.

Key Responsibilities of a Childcare Lawyer:

  • To advise upon and conduct proceedings relating to the protection and care of children

  • To competently carry a mixed caseload of public childcare matters

Desirable Skills and Requirements of a Childcare Lawyer:
  • Previous experience working in the public sector/local authorities

  • Previous experience handling a mixed caseload of childcare matters
