Are you an experienced, compassionate carer looking for a rewarding live\-in role where you can make a real difference every day?
Spiritual Inspiration Ltd is looking for a dedicated Live\-in Carer to provide person\-centred support to an older lady living with vascular dementia. This role is based in the individual’s own home and involves supporting her with her daily routine, wellbeing, independence and comfort.
This is a 24\-hour live\-in care package. While she sleeps through some nights, there will be other nights where support is needed, so we are looking for someone who is understanding, patient and flexible with changing needs.

As a Live\-in Carer, you will provide companionship and practical support while ensuring that care is delivered with dignity, respect and kindness.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care, including washing, dressing and continence support
- Supporting with medication, in line with care plans and training
- Preparing meals and encouraging good nutrition and hydration
- Providing companionship, reassurance and emotional support
- Supporting with daily routines and meaningful activities
- Assisting with light household duties, including laundry and cleaning
- Monitoring wellbeing and reporting any concerns to the management team
- Providing reassurance and support during the night when required
- Working in line with the individual’s care plan and promoting independence wherever possible
- Previous care experience, ideally supporting people living with dementia
- A compassionate, patient and professional approach
- The ability to remain calm and reassuring when needs change
- Good communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships
- A flexible and reliable nature
- The right to work in the UK
- An enhanced DBS check, or willingness to undertake one
