Line Service (Production & Warehousing)

THG LABS offers a unique end\-to\-end service specialising in the development and supply of premium beauty and cosmetic products to highly respected brands and retailers on a global scale. We now have over 400 talented individuals working across our sites in Trowbridge, Frome and Radstock – including a state\-of\-the\-art laboratory and 98,000 square foot ever\-developing manufacturing site.

We are now searching for positive and pro\-active Line Service to join our fast\-paced Warehouse team at our Frome site on a full\-time basis.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 5\.45am\-2pm \& 1\.45pm\-10pm (Shift Rotation)

Salary: £30,737 per year

Responsibilities

• Ensure production lines are supplied with the correct components and bulk materials to meet production requirements.


• Prepare, count and record items accurately for processing through the Sage De\-Kit system.


• Patrol production lines regularly, topping up materials as required in liaison with Team Leaders.


• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the Filling Hall and Warehouse, including waste and recycling management.


• Check, wrap and transfer QC\-released pallets to the warehouse.


• Verify works order paperwork against issued components and materials.


• Accurately record box breakdowns, pallet locations and mange rejects and part\-box labelling.


• Maintain high accuracy in all paperwork and procedures.


• Remain flexible across Line Service and Returns duties.

• Experience working in a similar role preferred but not essential as full training will be given
