By adding an additional new Repair Engineer to our team, we aim to maintain our commitment to providing exceptional customer service while meeting the growing demands of our clients.
This new position will enable us to respond promptly to unplanned large lift breakdowns and planned repairs, accurately diagnose and resolve issues, and ensure that lifts remain in optimal working condition while adhering to current standards.

Responsibilities:
- Carry out repairs on a variety of lift make and model
- Respond to lift breakdown repairs promptly and efficiently
- Diagnose faults and implement appropriate repairs using your technical expertise
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and service reports
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Proven experience as a lift engineer with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of lift systems, mechanics, and electrical components
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving lift faults
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and safety standards
- Excellent problem\-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- A valid driver's license
