We are looking for a passionate and experienced Level 3 Nursery Educator to join a warm, welcoming early years setting that prides itself on creating a true“home-from-home” environment for children.
This setting follows a child-centred philosophy, encouraging children to explore, be curious, and develop into confident, independent learners through meaningful play and high-quality experiences.
About the Role
You will play a key part in delivering a nurturing, stimulating environment where every child is supported as an individual. The nursery places strong emphasis on holistic development, ensuring children thrive socially, emotionally, physically and intellectually.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing high-quality care and education in line with EYFS
- Planning engaging, play-based activities that inspire curiosity and creativity
- Supporting children to develop confidence, independence and strong social skills
- Building strong partnerships with parents and carers
- Observing, assessing and tracking children’s progress
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Full and relevant Level 3 qualification (or above)
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Experience within an early years setting
