Level 2 / Level 3 Nursery Practitioner (Baby Room)

Salary: From £26,000+ per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Working Hours: 8-hour shifts between 8:00am and 6:00pm
Are you a caring and nurturing Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner looking for your next permanent opportunity? We are seeking a passionate early years professional to join a friendly and well-established nursery in Edenbridge, supporting children within the baby room.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and learning opportunities for babies aged 0-2 years.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.
- Support children's developmental milestones through engaging activities and play.
- Build positive relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues.
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress in line with the EYFS framework.
- Ensure safeguarding and health & safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare (or equivalent).
- Previous experience working within a nursery setting, ideally within a baby room.
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.
- A warm, patient, and enthusiastic approach to childcare.
- DBS on the Update Service is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
