Level 2 / Level 3 Nursery Practitioner (Toddler Room)

Location: Edenbridge
Salary: From £26,000+ per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Working Hours: 8-hour shifts between 8:00am and 6:00pm

Are you a passionate and energetic Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner looking for your next permanent role? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join a friendly and welcoming nursery in Edenbridge, supporting children within the Toddler Room.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality care and education to children in the toddler age group.


• Plan and support engaging activities that promote learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.


• Create a fun, safe, and stimulating environment where children can thrive.


• Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.


• Build positive relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues.


• Complete observations and contribute to children's learning journeys.


• Follow safeguarding, welfare, and health and safety procedures at all times.

Requirements:

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).


• Previous nursery experience, ideally working with toddlers.


• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices.


• Enthusiastic, caring, and proactive approach to childcare.


• Strong communication and teamwork skills.


• DBS on the Update Service is desirable.
