Location: Battersea, London

Salary: £50,000 basic
OTE: £80,000 – £120,000+

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Lettings Manager to join a high-performing residential lettings business in Battersea.
This role would suit a commercially driven lettings professional with a strong track record in winning instructions, leading teams and growing market share across the London lettings market.

You will be responsible for driving new business, managing landlord relationships, increasing managed portfolio penetration and leading a motivated lettings team to deliver consistent results.

Key Responsibilities
Managing and growing lettings performance across Battersea and surrounding areas
Winning new instructions and converting valuations
Building strong relationships with landlords, developers and local contacts
Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing lettings team
Driving revenue, market share and office profitability
Maximising managed and premium service instructions
Overseeing pipeline management and deal progression
Maintaining excellent service, compliance and operational standards

The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience within residential lettings
Current or previous experience in a senior negotiator, assistant manager or lettings manager role

Strong track record of winning instructions and generating revenue
Good knowledge of the Prime or South West London lettings market
Confident leading and developing a team
Commercially focused, ambitious and target-driven
Strong negotiation and closing ability
Professional, organised and highly articulate
Full UK driving licence

Package
£50,000 basic salary
Realistic OTE of £80,000 – £120,000+
Uncapped commission structure
£1,000 per month car allowance
iPhone and business tools provided
Clear progression opportunities

Working Hours Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 6:30pm
Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
Every other Saturday: 10:00am – 3:00pm
