Hours: Monday to Fridays from 8:45am to 6pm. Please note, that you will be required to work alternate Saturdays from 10am \- 2pm.
Driving Licence: Please note, that you must have a full UK Driving Licence \& access to your own car.

The role of Lettings Consultant is exciting and rewarding!
Duties will include:
- Identifying and maximising business opportunities.
- Booking property viewings and registering applicants.
- Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face.
- Achieving personal and branch sales targets.
- Negotiating and agreeing tenancies.
- Representing the company in a professional manner.
- Building strong relationships internally and externally.
- Excellent sales ability.
- High level of customer service skills.
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
- The ability to negotiate.
- Tenacity and be a self\-starter with the drive to succeed.
