The Role
We are looking for a proactive and people\-focused Lettings Consultant to join our team. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing suitable guardians into properties, ensuring a smooth and compliant recruitment process from initial enquiry through to move\-in.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high volumes of guardian applications from initial enquiry to placement


• Conduct phone and video screenings to assess suitability


• Match guardians to available properties based on criteria and availability


• Conduct property viewings and represent the company professionally at all times


• Maintain accurate records on internal systems and databases


• Meet placement targets and contribute to team performance


• Provide excellent customer service throughout the guardian journey


• Respond to and follow up on guardian enquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Sales orientated


• Strong communication and relationship\-building skills


• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail


• Confident handling a fast\-paced workload and multiple applications


• Target\-driven with a proactive, problem\-solving approach

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal


• Good administration and organisational skills


• Ability to prioritise, multi\-task and work under pressure


• Hardworking and target driven


• Bachelor's degree


• Driving Licence is a must have

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: £30,000\.00\-£34,000\.00 per year
