Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lettings and Property Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing a diverse portfolio of properties, providing excellent service to both landlords and tenants.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting property viewings for prospective enquirers, showcasing the features and benefits of each property.

  • Carrying out property inspections to ensure they meet our high standards and comply with regulations.

  • Handling office administrative tasks such as responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.

  • Managing the lettings process from start to finish, including negotiating rental agreements and liaising with landlords and residents.

  • Overseeing move\-ins and move\-outs, ensuring a smooth transition for all parties involved.

  • Regular contact with the maintenance team, ensuring requests are handled in a timely manner.

  • Providing exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues raised by landlords or tenants promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the property industry.

  • Your own car (fuel is expensed).

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of relevant property laws and regulations.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.

  • A proactive and customer\-focused approach to work.
