Student Lettings Administrator Reassignments & Contracts
Our client is looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to join their busy student lettings team. This is a varied, fast-paced role focused on tenancy reassignments, contracts and day-to-day lettings administration.
You’ll manage the full reassignment process — from notice through to securing replacement tenants, arranging viewings and issuing contracts — while ensuring a smooth experience for landlords and tenants alike.
This is a fully office-based position within a friendly and supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities • Managing tenancy reassignments from start to finish
- Advertising available rooms, including via social media
- Arranging and conducting viewings
- Preparing contracts and tenancy documentation
- Ensuring all records and compliance documents are accurate
- Supporting general lettings administration including deposits and Right to Rent checks
- Liaising confidently with landlords, tenants and applicants
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and CRM systems (Reapit preferred)
- Professional and confident manner both face-to-face and over the phone
- Social media knowledge for property promotion
Office Hours:
- Monday: 8:45am – 5:30pm
- Tuesday–Thursday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
- Friday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
