Leisure Centre Assistant

We are recruiting for a part\-time Attendant to join our Leisure Centre team at The Parkavon Hotel Killarney. The hours available are 20 \- 25 weekly. Our hotel is a busy three star hotel and our Leisure Centre caters for both hotel guests and Leisure Centre members alike.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Opening \& closing of the Leisure Centre.


• To ensure that all guests \& members are treated in a friendly \& courteous manner.


• To help implement and maintain the highest SOP's for all service areas.


• To liaise with Leisure Manager regarding all operational issues.


• To deliver a high standard of cleanliness on a daily basis.


• To carry out regular pool tests \& plant room operation checks.


• To ensure gym equipment \& plant is checked daily.


• Cash handling \& administration duties.

• At least one years experience working in a Leisure Centre.


• Be a Qualified Level 2 swim teacher.


• Pool Lifeguard Qualifications/current Lifeguard Training certification.


• Excellent timekeeping, communication skills \& be able to work unsupervised.


• Be eligible to work legally in Ireland and must be fluent in written \& spoken English.


• Flexibility with working hours \& weekend availability.


• Work a split shift

Job Type: Part\-time

Pay: From €14\.20 per hour
