An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a first-class Legal PA to join a highly regarded Commercial Disputes team. This is a important position supporting two Partners and the wider team, working on complex, high-stakes domestic and cross-border business disputes.
Alongside your core PA responsibilities, you'll gain exposure to AI initiatives, Learning & Development and Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) work, giving you the opportunity to broaden your skill set and become a true business partner to the team.
The Role
- Complex diary, inbox and email management for Partners, including prioritisation in a deadline-driven environment
- Extensive international travel coordination, including visas, itineraries, expenses and trip reporting
- End-to-end matter management support, including client onboarding (KYC), billing, Elite 3E reporting and financial administration
- Preparation and production of high-quality legal documentation, bundles (electronic and hard copy), hyperlinked schedules and court-ready materials
- Acting as a key liaison point for clients, Counsel, experts, arbitrators and internal stakeholders, as well as supporting BD initiatives and events
- 3+ years experience as a Legal PA within a law firm (Dispute Resolution or Litigation experience highly desirable)
- A track record of supporting senior fee earners, including Partners, in a client-facing, pressurised environment
- Outstanding organisation, attention to detail and document production skills
- A proactive, robust and solutions-focused mindset with the confidence to manage demanding stakeholders
- Strong systems capability (MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Elite 3E, iManage/FileSite and related platforms advantageous
