A Property Legal Executive / Paralegal in Ogier provides vital support to the property team, assisting with commercial and residential property transactions, due diligence, and client service. The role is integral to the smooth running of property matters, supporting lawyers in delivering high\-quality client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transaction Support: Assist lawyers with the preparation and management of property sale, purchase, lease, and lending files, including drafting documents, collating supporting materials, and managing timelines. Experience in transacting properties is a must and a general understanding and ability to prepare booklets of title, draft contracts and other related property documents in residential transactions. This is an exciting role which will provide the candidate with a great platform to have direct client and external solicitor contacts and manage large\-scale residential development new home deals.
- Due Diligence: reviewing draft property documentation, title deeds and general property searches
- Client Liaison: Communicate with clients, agents, and third parties to gather information, provide updates, and ensure all parties are informed throughout the transaction
- Document Management: Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily retrievable
- Compliance: Support the team in meeting anti\-money laundering (AML) and regulatory requirements, including client onboarding and ongoing monitoring
- Administrative Support: assisting with billing and expense processing
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with lawyers and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Previous experience in a legal or property\-related role is required
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with legal practice management systems
- Knowledge of Irish property law or willingness to learn
- Legal or property qualifications are an advantage
