We seek candidates with a passion for design education and knowledge sharing, who can positively inspire and motivate students as they begin their creative journey. The successful candidate will also take on pastoral responsibilities, supporting students from a range of linguistic and cultural backgrounds as they transition into higher education. A commitment to equitable, student\-centred learning and an enthusiasm for curriculum development are essential. You will play an active role in shaping how students develop their initial understanding and approach to interior design, ensuring they evolve capabilities in both creative confidence and technical competency.
