We pride ourselves on providing an exceptional patient experience from the first enquiry through to the completion of treatment. As our practice continues to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and proactive Practice Manager \& Treatment Coordinator to become a key member of our team.

About the Role

  • Lead, motivate and support the reception and clinical teams.

  • Manage staff rotas, annual leave and day\-to\-day staffing requirements.

  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain practice policies and procedures.

  • Monitor practice performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and patient experience.

  • Manage stock control, ordering and supplier relationships.

  • Support recruitment, onboarding and staff development.

  • Handle patient feedback and resolve concerns professionally.

  • Work closely with the clinicians to ensure efficient scheduling and smooth clinic operations.

  • Coordinate specialist appointments and manage clinicians' diaries efficiently.

  • Liaise with referring dentists regarding appointments, reports and treatment updates.

  • Respond to telephone and email enquiries promptly and professionally.

  • Help maximise treatment acceptance by ensuring patients feel informed, supported and confident in their care.

  • Assist with dental nursing when required during busy periods or staff absence.

  • Sterilise instruments and support the smooth running of the clinical environment.
