Location: Leeds, LS15 8GB. We operate a hybrid schedule, 2\-3 days In the office per week.
Salary: £32,000 \- £40,000 per annum DOE, plus extensive benefits

Working hours: Monday – Friday 37\.5 hours per week. We work on a core hours principle. Our core hours are 09:30 \- 16:00; you can work around these to suit you!

As a Learning Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning and development initiatives across the organisation. Working closely with leaders, managers, and colleagues, you will identify development needs, provide tailored learning solutions, and help build capability to support organisational objectives, performance, and professional growth.
A core part of this role will involve delivering engaging training both face\-to\-face and remotely, ensuring an inclusive and impactful learning experience for all colleagues across the business.
This role is centred on creating engaging and effective learning experiences, promoting a culture of continuous development, and ensuring colleagues have the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to succeed in their roles and progress within the organisation.

- Partner with managers and stakeholders to identify learning and development needs across teams and services
- Design, coordinate, and deliver engaging learning solutions, including face\-to\-face and remote training, that support organisational priorities and colleague development
- Support the implementation of learning strategies, programmes, and initiatives to enhance performance and capability across the organisation
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to promote a positive and proactive learning culture
- Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of learning interventions, using feedback and data to drive continuous improvement
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to colleagues and managers on development opportunities and learning pathways
- Maintain accurate learning records, compliance data, and reporting requirements where applicable
- Support the use and development of digital learning platforms, promoting blended learning approaches
- Ensure all learning content and delivery methods are inclusive, accessible, and aligned with organisational values and best practice
- Keep up to date with industry trends, learning innovations, and digital developments to continuously enhance the learner experience
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels
- Experience facilitating learning sessions in both face\-to\-face and virtual environments
- Ability to identify learning needs and translate them into practical development solutions
- Experience supporting and influencing managers and colleagues in relation to learning and development
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficient in the use of digital learning platforms, Microsoft Office applications, and virtual delivery tools
- Ability to analyse feedback and learning data to evaluate effectiveness and inform continuous improvement
- A structured and adaptable approach to learning design and delivery, with a focus on continuous improvement
- High attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and work within relevant policies and guidelines
- Previous experience in a Learning and Development role, with a relevant qualification (e.g. CIPD or equivalent) desirable
