Hours: 37\.5 hours per week

Working pattern

This is a full time position and will require you to work within our Central office.

The Role

We’re recruiting a senior L\&D Manager to set the vision for learning and ensure exceptional delivery across all functions. From mandatory training to specialist ‘craft \& skill’ and leadership development, your team will design and deliver programmes that build capability at every level. Significant experience leading an L\&D strategy is essential. Please see the job description below for more details.
