Role Overview \& Standalone Leadership Mandate
Este Medical Group is seeking an autonomous Lead Videographer \& Head of Social Content to take complete ownership of our visual storytelling, social media ecosystem, and direct\-response creative pipeline across our UK clinics. Based at our Birmingham operations hub (B16 9HN) with nationwide clinic travel, this is a standalone leadership position. You will not simply execute predefined briefs—you will define the visual strategy, direct nationwide shoots, edit high\-retention organic assets, build Instagram conversion funnels, and supply performance\-driven video ad creatives for Meta and Google Ads.
Core Accountabilities \& End\-to\-End Pipeline Ownership
· Strategic Content \& Shoot Leadership: Own the full content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube; travel across UK clinics to direct and film treatment walkthroughs, transformations, and practitioner interviews.
· High\-Retention Video Editing: Transform raw footage into scroll\-stopping short\-form videos with dynamic 1\.5–3s visual hooks, trending audio, clean pacing, and true\-to\-life color grading (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut).
· Direct\-Response Instagram Funnels: Build native Instagram lead funnels using DM keyword automations , interactive Stories, and strong CTAs to qualify leads and drive clinic consultation bookings.
Aesthetic Cinematography \& Production Tech Stack
· Dual\-Rig Camera Systems: Master hands\-on operation of 4K 10\-bit cinema setups (Sony FX3/A7SIII) alongside calibrated iPhone 4K ProRes mobile rigs for fast, native social captures.
· Clinical Lighting \& Audio Precision: Operate high\-CRI (95\+) bi\-color LED panels and softboxes for flattering, true skin tones, paired with discreet wireless mic systems (DJI/Rode) for live procedure audio.
· Macro Lenses \& Stabilization: Capture ultra\-sharp detail of micro\-needling, laser passes, and hair follicle restorations using macro/probe lenses and 3\-axis motorized gimbals.
Candidate Profile, Experience \& Legal Eligibility
· 5\+ Years Track Record: Extensive commercial videography, editing, and social content creation experience with a proven portfolio in aesthetics, dermatology, luxury wellness, or private medical clinics.
· UK Right to Work (Mandatory): Applicants must already hold unrestricted right to work in the UK. Este Medical Group cannot provide visa sponsorship for this position.
· Mobility \& Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle for regular travel to UK clinic shoots and event locations.
