Salary Range:
- Service Installation Engineer: £26,500–£31,000
- Lead Service Installation Engineer: £31,000–£36,000

As a Service Installation Engineer, you’ll be responsible for delivering high\-quality service and installation projects across the UK and internationally. The Lead Engineer role includes additional responsibilities such as team coordination and mentoring.
What You’ll Do
- Install and commission switchgear and related systems
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients
- Prepare project documentation (e.g., risk assessments, method statements)
- Promote and uphold health and safety standards
- Carry out maintenance, upgrades, relay testing, and fault investigations
- Submit reports and expenses in a timely manner
- Participate in ongoing training and development
- Willingness to travel and work away from home (Monday–Friday)
- Comfortable with offshore assignments (rare, but possible)
- Valid UK driving licence (van driving required)
- Strong communication and problem\-solving skills
- Commitment to professionalism and customer service
- Enthusiasm for engineering and continuous learning
- Be part of a collaborative and inclusive team
