Lead Network Account Manager - Germany
Who we're looking for
Fixico is a fast\-growing tech company, backed by top\-tier investors and expanding rapidly across Europe and the US. We're looking for a Lead Network Account Manager to take ownership of our German repair shop network and help shape how we further grow this market.
What you'll do
This is a strategic role. You'll focus on the big picture: building a strong, high\-performing network across Germany. You'll spend your time on things that matter most: partnerships, market coverage, and network quality. You'll also roll up your sleeves on key projects where your direct involvement makes the difference.
Your main responsibilities:
- Own the German network strategy and set priorities for the team
- Build and maintain relationships with key repair shop partners and channel partners
- Identify gaps in market coverage and define how to close them
- Monitor network performance and act on what the data tells you
- Guide and support junior and part\-time team members in their work
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to align on goals and output
- Be the face of Fixico for strategic partners in Germany
- 6\+ years of experience in account management, network development, or a similar role
- Background in the automotive industry or working with repair shops
- Confident in leading a team, even without formal authority
- Strong commercial instinct and a strategic mindset
- Fluent in English and German
- Based in Germany
- Open to regular travel within Germany and to our office in Amsterdam
