Lead Infrastructure Operations

We are expanding our IT Infrastructure team and are looking for a:
Manager Infrastructure Operations
In this role, you will be responsible for the operational performance, standardization, and continuous improvement of infrastructure platforms across Europe. You will lead a small team of infrastructure professionals, drive operational excellence, and work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable infrastructure services.
Your key responsibilities are:
- Lead and develop the Infrastructure Operations team across Europe
- Ensure stable and secure operations of server, virtualization, storage, and operating system environments
- Define and drive the infrastructure operations strategy, standards, and governance framework
- Manage suppliers and service providers to ensure high\-quality service delivery
- Oversee incident, problem, change, capacity, and lifecycle management activities
- Drive standardization and continuous improvement across multiple business units and sites
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, and risk management requirements
- Collaborate with business, IT, and cybersecurity stakeholders on infrastructure priorities and roadmaps
We are looking for an experienced infrastructure leader who combines strong technical expertise with excellent stakeholder management skills. Ideally, you bring:
- A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5\+ years of experience in IT infrastructure operations
- 3–5 years of leadership experience managing technical teams
- Strong knowledge of server, virtualization, storage, and operating system technologies
- Experience working in complex, multi\-site environments
- Strong communication, supplier management, and organizational skills
- A proactive mindset and passion for continuous improvement
