Infrastructure Operations Engineer

We are expanding our IT Infrastructure team and are looking for an:
Infrastructure Operations Engineer
In this role, you will be responsible for the day\-to\-day management of our server and infrastructure environment across Europe. You will help ensure operational stability, coordinate maintenance activities, and contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of infrastructure services.
Your key responsibilities are:
- Manage and monitor server, virtualization, storage, and operating system environments
- Coordinate incident, problem, and maintenance activities to ensure service availability
- Manage patching, upgrades, lifecycle, and infrastructure maintenance activities
- Support capacity, performance, backup, and disaster recovery processes
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, and operational standards
- Maintain infrastructure documentation and operational procedures
- Collaborate with local IT teams, cybersecurity specialists, vendors, and other IT teams
- Identify opportunities for automation and operational improvements
We are looking for a hands\-on infrastructure professional who enjoys working in a dynamic and international environment. Ideally, you bring:
- A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in infrastructure operations or system administration
- Experience with Windows Server, virtualization platforms, storage, and backup technologies
- Knowledge of ITIL\-based operational processes
- Strong troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across different locations
- A proactive attitude and focus on service quality
