We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Dental Nurse to join our dynamic dental team. Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of dental nurses, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high standards of patient care and clinical practice

  • Assist with the delivery of comprehensive patient care, including preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing equipment, and supporting dentists during procedures

  • Oversee appointment scheduling, patient flow, and administrative tasks to optimize clinic efficiency

  • Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations, infection control protocols, and confidentiality standards

  • Support training initiatives for staff development and continuous professional improvement

  • Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements

  • Act as a point of contact for patients’ queries, providing clear communication about treatments and procedures
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a dental nurse with a strong background in patient care and clinical support

  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively

  • Excellent communication skills in English to interact confidently with patients and colleagues

  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently

  • Knowledge of IT systems used within dental practices for record keeping and appointment management

  • A valid registration with the General Dental Council (GDC) or relevant regulatory body

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast\-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
