And we use the understanding this gives us to help our clients grow. Grow their audiences and grow their revenues \- both direct to consumer and business to business revenues. Our platforms and services are trusted by over 1000 clients globally, including the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, the NFL, Nike and Amazon. We are over 1000 people, based out of 15 offices, and we deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes all over the world.

About the role

*As* *Lead Consultant \- Content Insights**, you will lead and oversee the delivery of best\-in\-class social media and digital content analytics, reporting, benchmarking and research. You will manage multiple clients, projects and internal workstreams to deliver data\-driven insights that inform and optimise client digital content strategy and output, win new business, and grow departmental capacity and innovation.*

What you’ll be doing

  • *Oversee the end\-to\-end process of content insights delivery: from client proposal and onboarding, setting targets and projections, reporting and review.*

  • *Act as the primary point of contact for clients in providing expert recommendations, delivery management and developing briefs.*

  • *Conduct detailed audience and content analysis to deliver actionable insights that shape client strategy and project delivery.*

  • *Produce high\-impact reports comprised of both qualitative and quantitative analysis, and lead the effective presentation of work to clients.*

  • *Capability development: guide and contribute to workstreams that help grow capacity, training and product innovation, including with technology and insights platforms.*

  • *Thought leadership: Stay on the pulse of digital, cultural, and sporting trends to spot new opportunities and inform client strategy.*

  • *Team leadership: Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a collaborative and results\-oriented team environment.*
Requirements* *Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject (e.g. Marketing, Business, Economics, Humanities, Data Science). Advanced degrees are a plus.*
  • *5\+ years of experience in relevant fields of digital and social analytics, market research or social media, ideally for an agency, rightsholder or media organisation.*

  • *Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations confidently to clients and stakeholders.*

  • *Proven expertise in digital and data analysis and visualisation platforms, including Google/Adobe Analytics, Social Reporting and Listening/Monitoring, PowerBI, Tableau or Google Data Studio. Deep knowledge of digital, social and paid media metrics.*

  • *Exceptional analytical skills, with a track record of handling, manipulating and translating complex data into clear, actionable insight.*

  • *Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.*

  • *Experience with strategic planning and execution of content initiatives that drive audience development and engagement.*

  • *Passion for digital trends, technologies and their impact on sport and media consumption.*

  • *Leadership qualities with experience mentoring or managing junior staff.*

  • *A commercial mindset, with experience in digital valuation and sponsorship strategy.*
