<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>
<p>We are looking for a <strong>Lead AI Business Consultant</strong> to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This is <strong>a senior, client‑facing consulting role</strong> for professionals who excel at the <strong>front end of client engagements</strong>, shaping demand, framing business problems, and leading executive‑level conversations around AI‑enabled transformation.</p>
<p>This role is not delivery‑led. Success here means being the first consultant through the door, helping clients understand <em>why</em> AI matters, <em>where</em> it creates value, and <em>what</em> problems are worth solving, before solutions are designed or delivered.</p>
<p>You will act as the <strong>strategic bridge between our customers and our AI engineering teams</strong>, owning the commercial and advisory narrative from early discussions through to winning client approval.</p>
<p>We are particularly interested in candidates from strategic consultancies and top‑tier consulting firms and leading strategy houses.</p>
<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead <strong>front‑end, client‑facing engagements,</strong> owning early‑stage conversations with senior business and executive stakeholders.</li>
<li>Act as a <strong>trusted advisor</strong> to C‑suite and senior leaders, helping articulate business challenges and opportunities where AI can create measurable value.</li>
<li>Shape and <strong>lead pre‑sales conversations</strong>, including discovery workshops, executive briefings, and value‑focused discussions.</li>
<li>Define <strong>AI‑enabled business use cases, problem statements, and transformation roadmaps</strong> aligned to strategic and commercial outcomes.</li>
<li>Translate business priorities into clear, well‑structured briefs for AI and engineering teams.</li>
<li>Lead and <strong>shape winning proposals, from opportunity framing and value narrative through to executive‑level pitches and client sign‑off.</strong></li>
<li>Develop business cases, ROI narratives, and investment justifications to support client decision‑making.</li>
<li>Partner closely with technical teams to ensure alignment between business intent and technical execution.</li>
<li>Stay informed on AI, GenAI, and digital transformation trends, with a focus on business impact rather than technical depth.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>10+ years of experience</strong> in management consulting, strategy consulting, or senior business advisory roles.</li>
<li>Background in strategic consultancy strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Proven experience leading pre‑sales, advisory, or early‑stage transformation conversations with enterprise clients.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to <strong>lead, shape, and win client proposals, from initial opportunity framing through to executive‑level pitch and client sign‑off.</strong></li>
<li>Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and executive communication skills.</li>
<li>Strong ability to <strong>build value‑driven narratives, business cases, and strategic recommendations.</strong></li>
<li>High emotional intelligence, executive presence, and a strong commercial mindset.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Nice to have:</strong><br>Exposure to AI, data, digital, or advanced analytics initiatives, ideally within a consulting or transformation context.</p>
