Laser Production Engineer
Your mission
You will be responsible for producing Menhir lasers to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong foundation in laser physics and photonics, along with hands\-on experience in laser alignment, cleanroom operations, and work in an industrial setting. You bring an analytical mindset, the ability to solve complex, multidimensional problems, and a structured, methodical approach to routine tasks. You thrive in a team environment but are equally capable of working independently and following detailed work instructions with precision.
Your profile
Key Responsibilities
- Work in an ISO6 cleanroom environment
- Perform laser manufacturing processes, including the handling and assembly of optical components
- Align lasers and work with fiber optics
- Conduct factory acceptance tests
Scope \& Accountability
- Build, align, and test lasers following established work instructions
- Inspect, clean, and manage optical components and stock items
- Maintain and support the cleanroom’s stringent cleanliness requirements
- Contribute to maintaining and strengthening the company’s Quality Management System
Required Education
- Bachelor's degree
- English required
- Basic German
- Workload: 100%
- Working arrangements: On\-site
- Location: Headquarters in Stettbach near Zurich, Switzerland
- Preferred start date: As soon as possible
