Kitchen Sales Designer

Overview
We are seeking a talented and motivated Kitchen Sales Designer to join our dynamic team. This role involves working closely with clients to design customised kitchen solutions, providing expert advice, and ensuring a seamless sales experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for interior design and customer service. Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous to serve our diverse clientele effectively.

Duties

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for kitchen designs


• Utilise design Compusoft software to create detailed visualisations of proposed kitchen layouts


• Present design options to clients, highlighting features and benefits to facilitate informed decision\-making


• Upsell additional products or services that enhance the overall kitchen design and customer satisfaction


• Maintain organised records of client interactions, designs, and sales progress


• Assist in merchandising displays within the showroom to showcase available products effectively


• Communicate clearly with clients throughout the sales process, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded


• Coordinate with suppliers and installation teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of products

Experience

• Proven experience in kitchen or interior design is preferred, training will be provided for the right candidate


• Proficiency in designs software is highly desirable


• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously


• Excellent communication skills in English.


• Experience in upselling and customer service within a retail or design environment is advantageous


• Maths skills for measurements, calculations, and quotations are required


• Knowledge of merchandising principles will be beneficial for showroom presentation tasks
