Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils efficiently
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks under the supervision of chefs or kitchen managers
- Support the storage and organization of ingredients and supplies to ensure a tidy workspace
- Help with waste disposal and recycling procedures to uphold hygiene standards
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean, functional, and stored correctly after use
- Assist in setting up dining areas and clearing tables during service times when needed
- Follow health and safety regulations diligently to maintain a safe working environment
- Experience in food preparation or cooking within a restaurant or hotel setting is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety protocols
- Previous hospitality or restaurant experience that demonstrates reliability and teamwork
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast\-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and chefs
- Enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn culinary techniques and support the team
- Knowledge of serving procedures and hospitality standards is a plus
Pay: £12\.71 per hour
