Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail\-oriented Kitchen Designer and Project Manager to join our innovative team. This role involves designing functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen spaces, managing projects from conception to completion, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for creating customized solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget for kitchen projects


• Create detailed designs using CAD, and other design software to visualize concepts


• Present design proposals clearly and persuasively, highlighting features and benefits


• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery


• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution


• Upsell additional products or services that enhance client satisfaction and business growth


• Maintain organized project documentation and communicate progress regularly


• Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control throughout all project phases

Qualifications

• Proven experience in kitchen design or interior design with proficiency in CAD software


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously


• Excellent communication skills for effective client interactions and team collaboration


• Basic math skills for measurements, estimations, and cost calculations


• Knowledge of merchandising principles to optimize product displays and sales opportunities


• Demonstrated ability in upselling products or services to enhance revenue streams
