Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for kitchen and bedroom renovations


• Create detailed design proposals using SketchUp and CAD software to visualize concepts clearly


• Present design options, upselling additional features or upgrades to enhance functionality and aesthetics


• Assist clients in selecting materials, finishes, hardware, and accessories that align with their style and needs


• Organize and manage project timelines, ensuring smooth coordination from initial consultation to installation


• Maintain organized records of customer interactions, designs, and sales transactions


• Stay informed about current merchandising trends and product offerings to provide innovative solutions

Requirements

• Proficiency in SketchUp and CAD, Articad or similar software for creating accurate visualizations of kitchen and bedroom layouts


• Fluency in English, to serve diverse customer bases effectively


• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain design concepts and options


• Experience in upselling products or services to maximize sales opportunities


• Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and pricing estimates


• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently


• Knowledge of merchandising principles to showcase products attractively and drive sales
